For cleaning of textile products.
Pre-Treatment Process
Sequestering agent
Sequestering agent to keep metal ions in solution by binding them to polar molecules.
Mercerizing agent
The mercerizing agent is to increase the luster of the fabric. It is also used to increase the strength and improve the glow of fabric
Scouring agent
It is used to eliminate the impurities such as sizing agents or lubricating agent stains from the weaving process and abrasion stains.
Wetting agent
Wetting agents increase the spreading and penetrating properties of the solution by lowering its surface tension.
Stain remover
Textile fabrics during their use come in contact with various unwanted coloring matter. Stain remover helps to remove these stubborn stains based on oil or water from the fabric during the pretreatment process.
De-sizing agent
To improve and expedite the weaving process different seizing agents are used on fabric. To remove these seizing agents, the de-seizing agent is used in the seizing process and can be eliminated from the fabric. If de-seizing is not done it can result in uneven dyeing which results in an uneven finish in the final goods. It also removed other natural impurities from the fabric.
